CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
At Dription, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. You can exchange your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item does not match its original specifications or the product you ordered.
To initiate an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at team@dription.com or contacting us at â€+92 316 5903651‬. Each case will be evaluated individually to ensure fairness.
If a product is deemed defective, faulty, or damaged, a replacement will be sent after verification. You will need to email photographic evidence of the issue to team@dription.com within 2 days of delivery for your claim to be processed.
Please note the following scenarios where exchanges cannot be supported:
The exchange request is made after the specified 7-day timeframe.
The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage.
The product has been tampered with.
Any essential parts of the package, such as tags, labels, original packaging, or accessories, are missing.
Dription does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS WITH DRIPTION?
Option 1: Courier the package to our warehouse.
You can send your package to our warehouse using a courier service of your choice. Once received, we’ll process your exchange and ship your replacement. A delivery fee of 250 PKR will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) for the exchanged item.
Option 2: Doorstep Exchange.
Provide your details to initiate a doorstep exchange. Our rider will collect the original item and deliver your replacement at the same time. This service costs 450 PKR, payable via COD or bank transfer.
